Foo Daddy Shipping Policy
I want you to get your gear as fast and safely as possible, so here’s how I roll when it comes to shipping.
1. Processing Time

All in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Orders: These will be shipped as soon as the new stock arrives. I’ll keep you updated along the way so you’re never left guessing.
2. Delivery Times
Once shipped, your order should arrive in:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Australia)

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (Australia)

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on your location and customs processing)
3. Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on the move.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you choose.

From time to time, I might offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out on my socials and newsletter for these deals.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply once your order arrives in your country.

Unfortunately, I can’t control these charges, and they vary by destination.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is taking longer than expected, first check your tracking link.

Please note that once it leaves my hands, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery — but I’ll always do my best to help you get it sorted.
